Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
All outstanding payments are due on arrival and may be settled in any of the following ways:
Cash. Cheque with a guarantee card up to the card limit. Cheque issued by a bank or building society which has been pre-cleared. Debit Card. Credit Card subject to a 4% bank charge. Personal cheque without guarantee card when cleared before arrival. Business card subject to a 5% bank charge.
Cancellations
Please contact us for information regarding insurance to cover yourself against losses due to cancellations. Bookings may be cancelled 3 months or earlier than arrival date at no additional charge. Bookings cancelled less than 3 months before arrival date will subject to no additional charge where the accommodation is re-let in full. Bookings cancelled less than 3 months before arrival date may be subject to part payment if the accommodation is part re-let. Accounts cancelled less than 3 months before arrival date will be subject to a charge of the full amount if the accommodation is not re-let. Arden Court Hotel will make every effort to re-let cancelled accommodation and would ask that cancellations when necessary are made as early as possible to help us to do this.
Deposits
All deposits and part payments are excepted as guarantee that accommodation will be provided and taken. On receipt of deposit we will carry out administrative tasks to ensure the required accommodation is available. All deposits and part payments are non refundable. Deposits and part payments may be forwarded to secure alternative dates if possible at our discretion.
Arrivals
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm although guests are welcome to arrive earlier than this. Guests arriving earlier may leave cars and luggage and the lounge bar will always be open.
Departures
Guests are kindly asked to vacate rooms by 10.00 am. on the day of departure to ensure we have time to service the room for the next arrival at 2.00 pm.
